Sá is from Sorocaba, Brazil and currently lives in Rio de Janeiro. Sá has been practicing yoga for over four years and began her yoga study when she first moved to Washington, DC where she also studied Education.
She has recently returned to Brazil and now finds herself hanging out in Ipanema and other Rio hotspots. Sá has studied yoga in a variety of styles and with different teachers using her mind and body to explore the different postures. This exploration of yoga and its many dimensions brought her into new levels of teaching and understanding yoga.
Whether it is from her open heart or her mind, Sá offers her students an opportunity to respect and support their limitations and emotions. She also encourages gratefulness in her teachings and for students to feel enriched through their spiritual pracice on and off the mat.
Sá loves to turn her world upside down and you can always find her looking at life from different perspectives. She is a Vinyasa yoga teacher and a certified Prenatal, Postnatal, Child and Classroom Yoga Teacher where she taught for many years in the US.
When not finding Sá checking out the beautiful Rio de Janeiro views from a variety of angles, she offers Inversions and Arm Balances workshops in Rio de Janeiro and other Brazilian Cities.
