Included: Three healthy meals a day

Three healthy daily meals are included to encourage wellness for a healthy body and mind on the tour. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are available and the meals include fresh fruits, vegetables and locally sourced fish. The lunches will be included at our location. While on the day tours in the local towns, the lunches will be in restaurants with an extra cost for each guest and allows you the freedom to choose your day.

The meals are created to be flavourful and often adventurous like the yoga tour, so expect to have some thrills and delights from the menu including fresh juices, delicious entrees and desserts for full enjoyment of your dining experience.


Green Stone Journeys creates a detox menu upon special request only or for custom-tours with a detox focus. The yoga adventure tours include healthy eating options with local food to enhance the travel experience and to explore the culinary culture of Brazil.

Luciana Camargo – Luciana is from Sao Paulo and lives in Rio de Janeiro. Her journey through yoga began in New Zealand in 2005 and is a certified Hatha yoga teacher studying with different teachers and lineages from India, U.S and South America. She received yoga teacher certification in 2008 and her journey of yoga continues combined with her interest of massage therapy and specialization in Thai massage.

Arianna Romairone – Arianna lives in Paraty for over five years and loves to live in harmony with nature. Originally from New York and a graduate from Yale University in History, her passion is in yoga studies and she became a certified yoga teacher over 10 years ago and has delved into studies with teachers from India to the U.S. Arianna believes in the power of yoga to bring peace, well-being and true happiness to every person and enjoys bringing this belief to her classes.

João Paulo Pereria – Yoga entered João’s path in 1999 in the city of Brasília, Brazil, his home town and this love-at-first-experience passion turned into a more serious relationship in late 2001, when he started teaching and offers workshops and courses worldwide. He has studied yoga in Canada, France, India, Brazil and currently lives in California where he teaches yoga and combines his passion of traditional yoga studies with acroyoga for an added twist.

Green Stone Journeys will advise you of the confirmation of the tour at the time of your booking request, based on the number of travellers at the time of booking. We recommend you book your flights once the tour has been confirmed if you are travelling for this holiday adventure only.

Booking Deposit

The booking deposit is required to confirm your place on the tour and is a value of $250 USD which is refundable up to 30 days before the departure date. The booking deposit will be deducted from the full cost of the tour with the final payment due at the latest, 30 days prior to tour departure.
